Two New York exhibitions open

I am participating in two group exhibitions that open this coming Friday, August 1st. (Only one of these will have an opening reception; the other will instead have a closing reception in early September.)

I include one recent drawing in "Year of the Rat," a small group exhibition at Archibald Arts. Also participating in this show are artists whose work I have admired for some time, among them Brandon Ballengee, Bryan Zimmerman and Christy Rupp.

I will have two (maybe three) recent works in "Opportunity as Community: Artists Select Artists, Part Two," at the wonderful Dieu Donne Papermill. For this exhibition, current and former Dieu Donne residency artists were invited to recommend other artists to create work using handmade paper from the mill. I am honored to receive the nod from A.J. Bocchino.

Please find all pertinent details below.
